In such assessments we are able to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on how the scheme can be improved to effectively reduce costs, reduce risk and/or enhance revenue.

Our Scoping and Viability Reports are highly valued by our Clients who include both Private Developers and Housing Associations. Our Scoping and Viability Reports led to scheme and design changes which saved costs or enhanced revenue by approximately £20 million during the calendar year 2016.
