Property developer appoints new design manager

Jewellery Quarter based mixed-use property developer, Blackswan Property, has made a senior new design hire.

Formerly a Chartered Architect at Coventry based Architecture firm, IDP and global design firm Gensler, experienced Martin Prince-Parrott (pictured) has joined the Blackswan team as a design manager.

Along with his award-winning architectural experience, Martin also has a growing list of honours including being named a Resi-Trailblazer by Property Week Magazine, becoming a finalist for Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Award (2019) and being published in the Architect’s Journal.
