Sympathetic restoration of grade II* listed jewellery factory

Following a complex £28 million regeneration, Gilders Yard offers 157 new homes as part of a PRS scheme, together with 10,000 sq.ft of commercial space. Gilders Yard comprises the grade II* listed former Ashford & Sons jewellery factory, plus a further three distinct blocks, each with their own innovative and contextual architectural style, its centre piece is a brand-new terracotta façade, bringing a traditional skill back to the city after an absence of 100 years. Developed by Blackswan with forward funding from Grainger, Gilders Yard represents our first end-to-end development project.
