Previously occupied by a tyre manufacturer, this prime 4-acre site adjacent to the Jewellery Quarter’s train station and tram stop, represents a major £110m PRS mixed-use development. Accommodation comprises 397 apartments with landscaped courtyards, while commercial space includes offices, retail units and workshops intended for jewellery design and manufacture. A phased construction approach starting in early 2020 will ultimately see the creation of eight highly distinct buildings, each reflecting the unique heritage and architecture of the Jewellery Quarter.
